This course is designed to provide trades-specific preparation – construction, solar, HVAC, carpentry – for returning residents who are earning industry-recognized certificates and certifications through CEJA training programs. Using guided lessons, real-world scenarios, and practical tools, learners prepare, respond, and build skills that maximize their interview performance for these high-demand trades.
This e-learning focuses on mindset, communication, and strategy, applying our proprietary 3-Step "Prove It" Interview System, which reframes incarceration into a valuable and productive experience. By applying "Uncommon Professionalism" and learning to leverage the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), the Federal Bonding Program, and other employer incentives, returning residents are not only prepared to excel in interviews but also positioned for successful careers.
