Louis Napoleon is the former publisher of Prison Life & Beyond e-magazine and was an inmate assistant to GED instructors in two prisons where he prepared prisoners to take the GED test, 1970‒1972. His specialized skills are beneficial to the most difficult-to-place job seekers, particularly those with low motivation and limited work histories. He has developed and directed job-training programs, created survival skills’ curricula, and written and published job development guides for returning residents.
